Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers and build collaborative partnerships with academic institutions
- Translate theoretical concepts into scalable production-ready prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic hardware
- Strong track record of deploying AI systems at scale (10M+ users)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to tackle unsolved research challenges
