Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Translate theoretical research into production-grade solutions using PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source AI initiatives
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning and neural network optimization
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Strong background in quantum computing principles or neural-symbolic integration
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation
