Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural networks for predictive modeling in quantum environments
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop AI prototypes with 3+ year implementation roadmaps
- Conduct original research in federated learning and explainable AI for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI-quantum hybrid systems

- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI development frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of deploying production-level ML models at scale
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
