Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen AI algorithms for quantum-accelerated computing
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Develop novel neural architectures for neuromorphic hardware integration
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical/quantum models
- Author breakthrough research for Nature/Science journals and top-tier conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent 3+ novel AI methodologies annually
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced ML research with 15+ peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of developing novel neural architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning principles
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
