Responsibilities

- Establish best practices for data privacy, ethics in AI, and model interpretability.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization of neural networks to ensure low-latency inference.

- Publish research findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals to maintain thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in applied AI research or software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
