Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026 Initiative's core systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI
- Prototype quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to model human cognition
- Develop robustness protocols against adversarial AI attacks
- Advise policymakers on AI safety standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research in deep learning or reinforcement learning
- Publication record at top-tier ML conferences
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing
- Strong background in AI ethics or safety research
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
