Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen AI models for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Lead quantum machine learning research projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Develop ethical frameworks for 2026-era AI deployment and governance
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and top-tier conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates and cross-functional teams on AI ethics and scalability
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum neural networks
- Partner with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 50 companies on applied AI solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in AI/quantum computing (h-index >30)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, tensor networks, and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, Qiskit, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience securing $1M+ in government grants or corporate partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into commercial applications
- Fluency in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
