Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for contextual understanding and ethical reasoning

- Create AI safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to develop brain-inspired learning algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier conferences
- Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in ethics and AI alignment principles
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Track record of translating research into production systems
