Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI/ML systems using quantum computing principles and neuromorphic engineering
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Author groundbreaking research papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Prototype AI solutions for climate modeling, personalized medicine, and space exploration
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in emerging AI paradigms
- Collaborate with government agencies on AI policy development and safety protocols
- Drive commercialization of research through strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and quantum machine learning
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top AI/ML conferences or journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated experience scaling AI models to petabyte datasets across distributed systems
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Experience with cutting-edge hardware (TPUs, GPUs, quantum processors)
