Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI architectures integrating LLMs, computer vision, and predictive analytics
- Lead implementation of MLOps pipelines for real-time model deployment
- Collaborate with CTO on quantum computing integration projects
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with 2026 regulatory standards
- Mentor junior engineers through our Innovation Academy program
- Drive patent applications for novel neural network optimization techniques
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML architecture with production-level TensorFlow/PyTorch deployment
- Proven expertise in distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with published research
- Experience leading $5M+ AI transformation initiatives
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals (IBM Qiskit preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed autonomous system architectures
