- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for responsible innovation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops
- Partner with product teams to align AI solutions with market needs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML architecture with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Experience with quantum computing principles and hybrid AI systems
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
