Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing, prototyping, and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate AI strategy into organizational transformation
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and emerging technology scouting
- Mentor technical teams while maintaining hands-on knowledge of AI/ML advancements
- Present strategic AI initiatives to investors, clients, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record deploying enterprise AI solutions generating >$50M revenue impact
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience implementing ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST guidelines)
- Strong background in product management with AI-first product launches
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
