Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Partner with C-suite to integrate AI into product development lifecycle
- Oversee AI ethics framework and compliance with emerging regulations
- Mentor senior AI specialists and foster innovation culture
- Present strategy to board members and key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of MLOps best practices across 50+ global teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience scaling AI teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural interfaces
- Proven track record of securing $50M+ in AI R&D funding
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 38507)
