Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and Machine Learning strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision and long-term business goals.
- Identify emerging AI technologies and trends (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision) to drive competitive advantage and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding Engineering, Product, and Legalâto define technical requirements and governance frameworks.
- Oversee the research and development pipeline for proprietary AI tools and integrations.
- Establish metrics to measure the impact of AI initiatives on business performance and user experience.
- Advocate for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with global regulations.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying Generative AI or Large Language Model (LLM) solutions in production environments.
- Deep technical fluency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong background in product strategy and the ability to translate technical roadmaps into business value.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience navigating the ethical and regulatory landscape of AI.
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
