- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for experimental projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior engineers and strategists on futuristic thinking and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Twins.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives from concept to MVP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and high-performing distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
