Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation AI/ML systems for autonomous decision-making and predictive analytics
- Design quantum-resistant neural networks and federated learning frameworks
- Lead implementation of edge-computing solutions for real-time AI inference
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Collaborate with research teams to integrate breakthrough technologies into production systems
- Optimize hyperparameter automation pipelines for 10^6-scale parameter models
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or 8+ years equivalent industry experience
- Expertise in distributed ML systems (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and Kubernetes orchestration
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems with >99.9% uptime
- Strong background in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD for ML pipelines
