Responsibilities

- Lead cross-continental development teams across 3 time zones
- Implement real-time federated learning systems with zero-knowledge privacy protocols
- Create explainable AI frameworks for regulatory compliance in 2026 digital economies
- Develop neuromorphic computing interfaces for brain-computer integration
- Architect autonomous swarm intelligence systems for planetary-scale resource management
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with UN 2030 sustainability goals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Systems with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural network optimization or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in PyTorch 3.0+, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Proficiency in building distributed systems handling 10^9+ parameters with <1ms latency
- Certification in EU AI Act compliance and ISO/IEC 42001 governance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating deployed AGI safety mechanisms or ethical bias mitigation systems
- Experience with generative adversarial networks for synthetic data generation at exabyte scale
