Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered recruitment pipelines targeting quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and generative AI specialists
- Architect talent acquisition strategies for 2026 workforce needs, including predictive modeling of skill gaps
- Lead technical interviews for ML engineers and AI research scientists using advanced assessment methodologies
- Build strategic partnerships with leading universities and AI research institutions for talent pipeline development
- Implement AI-driven sourcing tools while maintaining ethical recruitment standards and bias mitigation protocols
- Analyze labor market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and retention strategies
- Oversee employer branding initiatives targeting AI talent through technical content and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technical recruitment with 4+ years specializing in AI/ML talent acquisition
- Proven track record placing senior AI researchers and ML engineers at FAANG-tier companies
- Expertise in AI assessment tools (HackerRank, Codility, ML interview platforms) and technical evaluation frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies (transformers, reinforcement learning, MLOps) and research methodologies
- Strategic workforce planning experience with ability to forecast 3-5 year talent needs
- Certification in AI ethics and bias mitigation in hiring processes (e.g., AIHR, HRCI)
- Demonstrated success building diverse technical teams through inclusive recruitment practices
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and AI sourcing tools (SeekOut, hireEZ)
