Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for 2026-focused tech initiatives including quantum computing and AI ethics
- Develop predictive analytics models to forecast talent supply/demand for emerging technologies
- Lead executive-level talent pipeline development for R&D and innovation teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other future-tech incubators
- Implement AI-powered recruitment tools while ensuring ethical talent sourcing practices
- Oversee employer branding for 'Future Innovator' talent segments across 15+ tech domains
- Mentor a high-performance recruitment team specializing in disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic talent acquisition with 5+ years in emerging technologies or future-focused recruitment
- Proven track record building talent pipelines for quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Advanced certification in predictive talent analytics (e.g., Talent Board CTS or SHRM-SCP)
- Deep network within academic R&D departments and future-tech startup ecosystems
- Expertise in AI-powered recruitment platforms (SeekOut, Eightfold AI, Phenom People)
- Experience leading international recruitment for specialized technical talent
- MBA or Master's in Human Capital Strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership on future workforce trends (Harvard Business Review preferred)
