Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload household belongings using proper lifting techniques
- Operate moving equipment (dollies, ramps, furniture pads) efficiently
- Provide clear communication with clients throughout the moving process
- Maintain inventory and protect customer property during transit
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely job completion
- Perform light assembly/disassembly of furniture as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Previous moving or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Background check and drug screen required
- Must be available for weekend/evening shifts
