Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and deliveries in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate freight elevators and service elevators according to safety protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of hallways, lobbies, and storage areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as restocking supplies and reporting damages.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid state-issued ID and social security card required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong reliability and punctuality record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
