Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and belongings using hotel carts and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Assist with valet parking, room deliveries, and special guest requests
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/public areas
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly
Qualifications
