Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies and lobby amenities to ensure operational readiness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and fire regulations to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking.
