Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and patrol premises overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to protocol
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Deliver personalized service to international and domestic guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for valet/parking duties)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent command of English and Spanish preferred
