Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating LLMs with traditional ML pipelines.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring high availability, security, and explainability of AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, ensuring our technology stack remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical consensus.
