- Mentor PhD candidates in future technology ethics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Published 3+ white papers on 2030 technology forecasting
- Successful $10M+ innovation portfolio management
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent experience
- Security clearance for DoD tech partnerships
- Keynote speaker at 2+ major tech conferences (2020-2023)
