Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, specifically focusing on emerging trends and scalability for the 2026 era.
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering and technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Oversee the selection and implementation of core technologies, ensuring they meet high standards of security, performance, and reliability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary technical liaison to the Board of Directors and executive leadership, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research and development initiatives to stay ahead of the curve in AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data engineering principles.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing large, cross-functional engineering teams and driving organizational change.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
