Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a smile and managing hotel check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure a memorable stay.
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records for the day.
- Assisting with housekeeping coordination to ensure rooms meet quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Resolving guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate billing and cash handling.
