Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms according to established safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies efficiently, ensuring that cleaning products and linens are stocked and available for daily operations.
- Inspect facilities for maintenance issues, reporting damages or needed repairs to the maintenance team immediately.
- Adhere to strict schedules to ensure all rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy on time, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by interacting professionally with clients and visitors entering the premises.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety protocols, chemical handling, and uniform appearance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays, as required by the schedule.
