Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS system
- Coordinate room status updates and maintenance requests
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest accommodations
- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency a plus
