Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls professionally and respond to emails promptly.
- Assist in organizing the front desk area and maintaining a tidy lobby environment.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies at all times.
Qualifications
