Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial properties.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, furniture, and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas to company standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property to management immediately.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients and tenants.
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
