Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Infrastructure.
- Oversee the migration strategy to ensure seamless integration of future-proof systems.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives and new technology implementation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technology management.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging trends expected to define the 2026 landscape.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
