- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, edge computing) into the product ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate high-impact innovations.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate competitive shifts and regulatory changes in the tech landscape.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for large-scale R&D initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven experience leading complex strategic initiatives with multi-year horizons.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends, specifically Generative AI and Future Tech ecosystems.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
