Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and technology roadmap, specifically targeting milestones for 2026 and the decade ahead.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into core business processes and product lines.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) and assess their potential impact on our market.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and tech incubators to drive continuous innovation.
- Present complex technical concepts and future strategies to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Oversee the ethical development and deployment of AI models, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Tech.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI products or platforms in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate technical vision into tangible business value.
- Strong mentorship skills and the ability to build high-performance engineering teams.
