- Research & Development: Oversee the exploration of cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and next-gen neural architectures.
- Operational Excellence: Establish scalable frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps to ensure production reliability.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products or platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
