Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure to support rapid growth.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, fostering professional growth and technical mentorship.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning integration.
- Collaborate with product and executive leadership to prioritize high-impact features.
- Establish and enforce rigorous code quality, security, and performance standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams and systems.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
