- Manage innovation pipelines with $50M+ R&D budget across global R&D centers
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and biotechnology applications
- Pioneer sustainability initiatives in tech development and lifecycle management
- Mentor next-generation engineers and futurists through our Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field required
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in blockchain, neural networks, and sustainable engineering
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
