Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and oversee the comprehensive 2026 technology and operational roadmap, aligning business goals with long-term tech trends.
- AI Integration: Lead the deployment of next-gen AI agents and automation tools to streamline enterprise workflows and reduce operational overhead.
- Scalability Planning: Architect infrastructure that supports 10x user growth and enterprise-grade security by 2026.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in operations management, strategy, or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a C-level or VP role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and rapid change.
