Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to establish a clear technological roadmap for the year 2026, identifying key innovations and market shifts.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces, into core business processes.
- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the development and execution of the technical strategy, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward technological investments.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and engineers dedicated to achieving the 2026 vision.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to mitigate risks associated with adopting disruptive future technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional teams through periods of rapid technological change.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT, 6G) with a focus on long-term implications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
