Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 5-year technology strategy with a specific focus on 2026 readiness and emerging trends.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Readiness, and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential emerging technologies to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Mentor and manage a team of senior architects and technical leads to foster a culture of innovation.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing legacy systems to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy for major product launches or enterprise transformation.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Strong background in navigating ambiguity and making strategic decisions with incomplete data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
