- Drive cross-industry partnerships for emerging tech adoption
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate technical talent pipelines
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget and manage vendor ecosystems
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature Technology Reviews
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 100+ members
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and sustainable tech
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF, DARPA) or corporate innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
