Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives and market forecasts.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum) for early adoption.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Oversee the development of prototypes and pilots for 2026 product lines.
- Manage relationships with key tech partners and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Advocate for innovation within the organization, fostering a culture of forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing technology shifts, specifically looking toward the 2026 timeframe.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on scalability and long-term impact.
