Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy focused on the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Encryption, and AR/VR interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Legal) to assess risks and opportunities of new tech adoption.
- Identify and secure partnerships with key players in the future tech ecosystem.
- Mentor junior leaders and foster a culture of innovation within the strategy department.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive boards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing trends.
- Proven experience in leading organizational change and managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
