Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable, secure, and future-proof systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) for implementation opportunities.
- Manage a budget of $2M+ for R&D and infrastructure upgrades.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate technical vision to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Director).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Data Privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
