Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and oversee the execution of the company's 5-year technology roadmap, specifically targeting milestones for the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead high-level research initiatives to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our core product architecture.
- Technical Vision: Define the technical strategy for AI integration, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for C-level executives and investors.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends to anticipate industry shifts and competitive threats.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technical leadership roles, with a proven history of delivering large-scale technical strategies.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and drive innovation from concept to deployment.
- Leadership: Strong track record of managing diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
