Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 5-year strategic technology roadmap with a specific focus on the 2026 product lifecycle and market readiness.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum) and assess their applicability to our core business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to prototype and validate future-forward concepts.
- Manage a significant budget for R&D investments and allocate resources efficiently for long-term projects.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for visionary initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or R&D management capacity.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations or launching innovative products.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable business plans.
- Strong leadership presence and experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
