Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processors with >1000 qubit fidelity by 2026
- Develop error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure
- Secure $10M+ in quantum research grants and partnerships
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing (h-index >15)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
