Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive long-term strategic roadmap that aligns with Aether Corp's mission to revolutionize sustainable technology.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech, to identify new growth vectors.
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of strategists and innovation managers to execute high-impact projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and external partners to secure buy-in for new initiatives and strategic pivots.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the budgeting process for R&D initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Agile Execution: Implement agile methodologies to drive rapid prototyping and iteration of new product concepts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
