Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to define the company's technology roadmap, specifically focusing on the 2026 release cycle and long-term innovation goals.
- AI & GenAI Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of advanced AI and Generative AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends to identify high-impact opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to translate high-level strategy into executable product features.
- R&D Management: Oversee a budget for R&D initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to high-potential projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts and strategic visions to executive leadership and external partners clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Technical Leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Computing, etc.) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing successful long-term product roadmaps.
